To persuade the population to follow the advises of "prevention", given by their general practitioner, is not an easy task. When you have to explain the cardiovascular prevention advices to people, it is even more difficult, because you have to bring information about cholesterol, L.D.L., H.D.L., fats, dietetic, and so on... This video tries to explain this problematics with simple words and clear illustrations. A piece of humor brings the spectator to "accept" these recommendations. The general practitioner lends the video cassette to his patient, who brings it back to him after a couple of days. Then the discussion between the doctor and the patient is easier than before, and many informations are better understood by the patient, as he saw the mechanisms on the video. The recommendations from the doctor are also better followed by the patient, with more success.
