Three D computer simulation helps to visualize the complex organization of the lateral wall of nasal fossa, canal paths and the maxillary sinus ostium. Computer animation is complemented with images from dissection material and CT scans. Video images from e.n.t. endoscopic surgery illustrate the anatomic lesson.
