This film aims to improve, complete and expand the pre-operative information available to the future patient in order to reduce pre-operative anxiety. It follows a patient who enters the hospital for a surgical operation through the different steps he encounters; being taken care of by the nurses, undergoing pre-operative exams and the anaesthetist's visit, the installation in the operating room, the recovery room and return to his bedroom.
