The film consists of 5 sequences.

first sequence : This part presents Mr. Lamy, a man in his sixties who has been in remission from colon cancer for 7 years.

the second : A cartoon presents the hemocult test and the method for use it.

the third : Three women and a man talk about their colon cancer screening.

the fourth : A general practitioner gives information about the tests results.

the fifth : Musée matisse - le Cateau Cambresis. A voice over reads matisse's account of his colon cancer in 1941.
