There is no world without drugs, there has never been any. However the legal measures, mainly criminalizing and repressive, have not succeeded in eradicating either the circulation, the sale, the trafficking or the consumption of drugs. On the contrary, drugs are ever more present and easily available.

Prohibition has increased even more social, sanitary, security … problems than it has solved them.

The film gives a survey of drugs in Europe and opens a debate on an issue that concerns us all. It also presents the innovative proposal of the Centre d'Action Laïque in favour of a regulation of the sale of drugs.
