Alexandre Jollien was born in Switzerland in 1975 with a cerebral motor infirmity. Today a writer and philosopher, he has published two books "L'Eloge de la faiblesse" (Cerf, 1999) and "Le métier d'homme" (Le Seuil, 2002). For more than a year and a half, Joël Calmettes met with him. The film reveals an outstanding personality and an exceptional life, and echoes one of Alexandre Jollien's reflections: " I think that one of the opportunities in my life was to have felt weak and to have worked towards more progress". The result is the high-spirited portrait of an unusual man whose words and attitude have a lot to teach us.
