"The day of before" is a daily chronicle on a center of care palliative called "the HOUSE" and located at Gardanne in the Mouths of the Rhone.

The film enables us to discover what are the care lavished here that one names "the palliative care".

Indeed, one does not give only one medical response to the disease, one is interested initially and above all in the people who keep under control their life, by accompanying them until the section by the road.
