"Sharpen the focus on health"... take 9!

Health is a major concern shared by everyone. Without it, where does it leave our plans and our private, family and social life? Health is also an entire professional sector made up of doctors, nurses, pharmacists, associations, mutual insurance groups,etc.

Promoting better health, new techniques and new behaviour, and advancing our health knowledge and the science of health, all feature among the main aims of the ImagéSanté festival, which since 1994 and for the 8th time this year will take its ever increasing and diverse activities to various locations in and around the city of Liège.

The uniqueness of ImagéSanté lies in images. ImagéSanté will therefore use primarily short and medium-length films to delve into a range of exciting themes, with the focal point of the event being a true cinematic extravaganza where more than 200 films from all over the world will be shown, some in competition, others viewable by request. A large international jury body and numerous professionals and members of the public inspired by the Festival's themes will soon discover, often before their release, original films that say something and probe deep into our minds.

In this way, the best prizewinning films of the Festival, as decided by the different juries, will be freely available to teachers and leaders of mutual insurance associations, as dynamic aids for conferences, presentations and other discussions …
