Pain Management was only one in a series of CD-ROMs Agtel developed for GSK. The purpose was to educate pharmacy assistants and help them decide on when to refer to the pharmacist and when they can recommend a painkiller without a prescription.

Information such as dosage and possible side effects are included as well as quizzes to aid learning and video material.

This CD-Rom was distributed to every pharmacy in Ireland.
