Half of pregnant Chilean women consumes alcohol during their pregnancy. A 30% of them don't stop smoking when carrying their babies in their wombs. Each one of these women mortgage their child potential, limiting them before they are born. In this report we will investigate the effect of legal drugs on the fetus and if there exist a threshold of "safe consumption".
