Stress, harassment, violence, depression, are the terms used most frequently when it comes to work. Nevertheless, when their factories close, hundreds of desperate workers take them over. What is work for each and every one of us? How important is it in the construction of our identity? Is there something more? This film is about this "obscure object of hatred and desire" where at every level of competence workers are suffering from the tools put in place by management for a new organization of the working world.
