How do you manage to change your job with a view to get free of mental or physical suffering? How, within your work-site, do you collectively debate about the salaries solitary lives which they undergo as a personal drama? How do you think up your work in order to change it at best? How do you conciliate two logical principals, the first one centered on considering human conditions at work, the other one centered on productivity? Two unwonted consultants try to give an answer: they call themselves work's "psycho-dynamisers". This film relays the investigations two of them held on a mission of several months within SKF plant based nearby the city of Tours.
