Damien, Valérie and Jordana are three young Belgians from Liège. For different medical reasons they all suffer from terminal renal failure. Their life depends on dialysis (renal replacement therapy). This technique purifies their blood through a constant contact with the hospital environment. "My life under dialysis" shows different moments from their lifes through their studies, professional activities, sport relaxations, relations within their families and their love relation. The aim of this film is not to deliver a moralising message but to witness the extraordinary ability to adapt themselves to changing situations, with courage certainly, with humour too and always keeping the hope for better times and especially for a graft of a kidney.
