Truffle is not a usual plant. Along the time, it has been subject to people’s curiosity for its cooking and therapeutic interests. With their extreme diversity, truffles grow in appropriate soils and are now occupying space in South-West Algeria, notably in the Sahara. Always accompanied by a host plant, it is undoubtedly the thunder’s plant.
