The culture is an important part of the citizen environement, through the language, the artistic expression,  the countries habits. 3 associations, specialised in the visual impairment, from Italia, Poland and Belgium met together to see how include the visual impaired people's needs in this matter.

Between 8 and 10 peoples from Italia, Poland and Belgium, majoritarly visual impaired invited each others to discover their city (Florence,Liège, Bruxelles, Varsovie)through their streets, parks, museums, spectacles, litterature, sites colourful or prestigious.

The discovery of a class photo of 1967, the death of my mother in 2002, led me to reconsider my youth spent in Bobigny, after my arrival from Algeria in 1962. In a devastated landscape, exceptional women licking wounds and lead the youth of all backgrounds towards a better future. They are a conductor, comedian, director of room cinema, journalist host of cine club, child psychiatrist and adolescents.
