This is the story of Marie, a young woman suffering from dysphasia. Sometimes her mother tongue sounds like a foreign language to her. This excludes her from the communication highways of life.
From one encounter to another, we measure the gap between Marie and the rest of the world, a gap that is very difficult to overcome.
They are between 98,000 and 800,000 on the streets. When they're young, their life expectancy is 37 years... 40 maximum. This film bears witness to the suffering and trauma that street survival generates, through the experience and words of homeless youth at the C.H.U. (emergency shelter centre) or C.H.R.S. (shelter and social reintegration centre), accessible for 10% of them. How do they view life? What suffering has led them to this life of wandering? How do they attempt to escape from the spiral of failures when given a reintegration opportunity?
Documentary-fiction, based on real cases, about the suicide of young people. Among the various causes, several tracks were selected, with possible solutions. Movie intended to restore the contact with young people in danger, so that they can put their situation in parallel with those of the movie, thus allowing to compare and react with doctors and psychologists.
